"This particular "Jake, from State Farm" isn't the same person from the TV ads, and I'm not sure if he wears khakis, but I do know he had some big shoes to fill when he took over for Lafayette's (famous) Judy Francis. Judy took great care of me for 20+ years, but Jake and his team have picked up where she left off to go enjoy her retirement. I have 6 different policies with Jake's office and his staff has been outstanding to deal with. A special shout-out goes to Sarah Vasquez who recently did a complete review of all of my policies and helped me calibrate the coverages while finding ways to get the best value for my money. "I have been a customer of State Farm for the last 25 years. Wherever I have lived I've received excellent service. 10 years ago I moved to Richmond and used Jake Stewart and his team in San Francisco. They are great. When I sold my house in Richmond after 6 years and moved to Vista and bought a new house I stayed with Jake remotely. 3 years. I have had many policies, personal, earthquake, auto - all handled by Jake. I sold the house in Vista and moved to Murrieta. Unfortunately StateFarm does not offer fire insurance for my new house so I went with another carrier. It was very sad. Jake asked if StateFarm changes their fire insurance policy would I return as a customer? Absolutely. I'd move all my policies right back. Even though StateFarm does not cover fire I still have non house/auto policies handled by Jake. Great relationships are worth their weight in gold. I highly recommend Jake and his team and wish them great opportunities."
